Consultation Call

Before our consultation call, I’ll ask you to send a few photos of yourself or your work, colors you’re drawn to, and a website you love as inspiration or the vibe you want to capture. This gives me an initial sense of your aesthetic and creative direction. Using what you’ve shared, I’ll create a custom moodboard prior that reflects your personality and vision. During our 30-minute consultation, we’ll take time to get to know each other and discuss what you need from your website. We’ll walk through your moodboard together to make sure we’re fully aligned before moving into the design process.

Building Your Site

Throughout my design process, I build in a dedicated check-in point to make sure your website is evolving in a way that truly reflects you and your vision. During this stage, you’ll have the opportunity to share what you’re loving, what doesn’t feel quite right, and any new ideas that may have come up.

These moments of collaboration ensure we stay aligned and move in a direction that feels authentic and intentional. Your feedback is an essential part of the process, so the final result is functional and genuinely FEELS like you.

Closing Call

Once your website is fully built, we’ll schedule a closing call to walk through everything together. I’ll show you how to update small elements on your own — like text swaps, image changes, or basic edits — so you feel confident managing your site day to day.

We’ll also take this time to make sure there aren’t any final tweaks or loose ends, and that everything feels polished, aligned, and ready to go live.

And even after launch, you’re not on your own. I’m always available for questions, support, or future updates whenever you need them.
